National Railcards
If you travel regularly by train then National Railcards offer excellent value for money, with savings of at least a third on rail fares.
Senior Railcard
The Senior Railcard offers reduced rate travel for over 60s on
most Standard and First Class rail fares. To buy online, you'll
need a valid UK driving licence or passport to prove that you're
eligible.
Disabled Persons Railcard
The Disabled Persons Railcard offers reduced rate travel for
people whose disabilities make travelling by train difficult. You
might qualify if you have a visual or a hearing impairment or have
epilepsy or are in receipt of a disability related benefit. It also
allows one accompanying adult to travel at the same discount. You
cannot apply online but you can download the application form from
the website and post it to the address listed with proof of your
disability.
