Whether it's financial, welfare or housing advice you need,
contact Advice Services for help. The Council has partnered
with Shelter to provide free confidential welfare and debt advice
to residents of the borough.
Help and advice can be obtained by telephone on 0344 515 1831,
by email lancashire@shelter.org.uk or by
drop-in at Blackburn library. Alternatively, there is lots of
helpful advice on the website at www.shelter.org.uk
The Council can also provide free advice on housing matters and
where appropriate, assist landlords / tenants / managing agents to
