Whether it's financial, welfare or housing advice you need, contact Advice Services for help.  The Council has partnered with Shelter to provide free confidential welfare and debt advice to residents of the borough.

Help and advice can be obtained by telephone on 0344 515 1831, by email or by drop-in at Blackburn library. Alternatively, there is lots of helpful advice on the website at
