Community Meals, often known as 'meals on wheels', can help ensure that people receive proper nutrition on a daily basis, whatever their circumstances.

Meals on wheels

This service is for people who are looking for a fresh hot meal, delivered directly to their door.  The service is ideal for people who are unable to leave their home or are unable to cook for themselves.

All the meals are nutritionally balanced, cooked locally and delivered hot to your home in foil containers.  It is recommended that meals are eaten soon after delivery and are not re-heated.

Please ring Care Network on 01254 507255 for further information on meals on wheels.  Care Network will contact the meal providers for you, and can also let you know about other services that can help people remain independent in their own homes for longer.
